Before you submit a complaint

Anyone can submit a complaint to the Oversight Office about:

Health professional regulatory colleges manage:

  • Concerns about the licensing of individual health professionals
  • Complaints about an individual health professional

Please contact the relevant college directly for concerns related to individual health practitioners.

Please contact the Health Professions Review Board to request a review of a college’s decision.

How to make a complaint

You can:

  • Submit a complaint through our secure complaint intake form 
  • Phone us toll free at 1-844-338-3059
  • Mail your complaint to PO Box 9639 STN PROV GOVT, Victoria, BC, V8W 9P1 
  • Make an appointment by calling toll free 1-844-338-3059 to visit us in person
